Ignite Fitness Cape Town (St Georges Mall) has set up a collection point for goods to be dropped off at the Roeland St Fire Station.

Ready-made sandwiches (individually packaged and marked halaal/kosher or other)

Give a gift of warmth!

Join us at Ignite Fitness Cape Town and our drive for Hope Exchange, as we collect items to help the homeless in these cold winter months.

We are collecting blankets, hot chocolate and canned food.

Each item donated equals an exercise by a workout buddy or personal trainer of your choice.

ALL DAY EVENT! Donate an item and select a WOD or PT to do an exercise associated with the item:

Option 1: Blanket (Per Blanket)
- 15 Burpees Reps
- 1 Min Squat Jumps
- Bear Crawl 30 Yards

Option 2: Hot Chocolate
- Push-ups 20 Reps
- Lunge Split Jumps 20 Reps
- Inch Worm 20 Reps

Option 3: Canned food (Per Can)
- 1 min Wall Sit
- 1 min V - Ups
- 1 Min Body Saws
