We are a netball team based in Cape Town, Delft. We are a high-intensity training team that focuses on fitness, speed, endurance and competitive performance. 🏐πŸ”₯
If you are unable to run, struggle with high-intensity training, or have health complications that may prevent you from participating safely, this team may not be suitable for you.
We also receive many requests from players who live far from Delft. We truly appreciate your interest and love for the team ❀️, but please read our bio carefully before sending a request.

So after winning this trophy, almost all of them were playing in a tournament for the first time since joining the team as we were busy with preparations. Can you explain why when we arrived home they wanted their trophy for a parade 🀣🀣🀣 then they started singing and running all over the streets and, as a result, yesterday we received more than 12 new players joining.
Congratulations to the Sun babies.
