10 years ago today we opened our doors for the first time, unsure if the business would even make it past the first year. Since then we have survived and thrived though some ups and a few downs. A big thank you to clients, trainers, support staff and the people, who in some way have added to what the studio is today. To our clients, you have been our inspiration and your support has kept our dream alive. We hope to keep providing a high standard of service and excellence you have come to expect from us. Just a quick well done to one of our athletes who placed 8th in the world at the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships. It was Simons first international level contest and he kept a cool head through all of his heats until the semifinals. He was the highest placed South African in the U18 boys division.

We wanted to extend a welcome to the newest member of our team, Amy Cullinan. Amy has completed a BSc in Sport Science and a BSc (med) (Hons) in Biokinetics. Her passions are working with the elderly, newcomers to exercise and end-phase rehabilitation. She is currently taking on Strength and Conditioning clients and has some sought after early mornings and afternoons available. Just to put things in perspective. Weight loss can be hard work. If you did 3hrs a week it would take 37 weeks to lose 10kgs (keeping diet at calorie neutral).
