Getting into the Kimberley takes a bit of effort. A small plane, a rough landing strip, and a long walk into country that doesn’t get many human visitors.

On this recent trip, the Sea to Summit team and film crew spent the afternoon wandering through scrub, keeping an eye out for snakes and gently moving a couple off the trail so they could go about their day.

By the time the sun dropped, it was headlamps, tired legs, good laughs and the slow process of turning a patch of dirt into camp.
