BEFIT Sports Massage I offer pre- and post event sports massages as well as general sport massages. What is a sport massage?

Sports massage is a form of massage geared toward people who are physically active, who places high demands on their bodies and have a stressful lifestyle. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. You get 3 types of sport massages: a general power massage, pre-event

massage and a post-event massage. Benefits:
