It's MONDAY!!
First thing for me today is getting back into the swing of things.
I have been out of gym and excercing for over two weeks now after my surgery and finally have the go ahead to start slow.
So the goals for this week is light Upperbody workouts and a good walking session each day.
I am so excited to get off my ass and start moving again!!!
