August is our Support The
Sport Fight Night, When we host a noble Armoury
Tradition. A collection of exciting White-Collar Bouts.

We are donating boxing and training gear to Grassroots
Youth Academy, they host a free boxing training
program, amongst other sport and educational
programs for the youth of their surrounding community.

If you have any old boxing or training gear lying around
in your garage, you are welcome to drop it off for
donation.
(Any time during our opening hours)
(Even if it is broken, feel free to drop it off at the club)

Tuesday 18:30 – 19:30 & Thursdays 18:30 – 19:30

You require your own hand wraps and boxing gloves.

It is combined with entry level functional fitness training that compliments the movements of boxing.
On Tuesdays you work on your strength, agility, core and overall conditioning needed for boxing, and on Thursdays we will take you step by step through your boxing lessons.

Both the boxing and the fitness training are entry level by design.

At the end of each Ladies That Punch course, we give away loads of goodies to help you continue your boxing journey. Best Attendance, Most Improved and Most Enthusiastic

(Note that it is a private course thus our other members don’t have access to these classes and vice versa – LTP participants don’t have access to any other classes unless they take up additional training packages. This is an entry level non - contact, progressive boxing course for ladies that would like to learn the basic foundations of boxing training.

The fitness level is also geared toward beginners or ladies that have not been training for a while.

You do require your own hand wraps and boxing gloves. (any boxing gloves will do)

We have limited space, thus booking is essential.
