**FEEDBACK**

I started personal training with Lifestyle Fitness centre in June 2019. I had a specific goal in mind and that was to lose all of my excess weight and to fall pregnant as that is currently my BIGGEST struggle!

Eating:
Justin started me on a detox plan for three weeks which consists of only fruit and vegetables. At first it was so so hard but my body got used to it eventually. I went from eating take aways everyday to a minimal amount of fruit, vegetables and water.

Exercise:
I started out with personal training once a week and now doing bootcamp 4 times a week. I couldn’t do much at first but slowly but surely I got there. I started having problems with my right knee that eventually went away and when I came back drom holiday in January I started having problems with my left knee, nonetheless I’m still pushing through the pain and discomfort.

To date I have lost 21,1kg and is extremely happy with my progress! My journey will continue with Lifestyle Fitness till I reach my ultimate goal.
