Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to build confidence in the water, or wanting to improve your swimming technique, our Adult Learn to Swim programme provides a supportive and structured environment to help you achieve your goals.

Our programme focuses on:

• Stroke development
• Breathing techniques
• Fitness and endurance
