Seasonal Online & Retail Store Manager Position Available:
(SEP 2024 - FEB 2025)

Are you looking to make some extra cash this holiday season? Do you have a passion for online shopping, in store retail, fashion and the beach and ocean lifestyle?

Then join the Krystal Waters team this Spring Summer season!
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Online & Retail Store Manager to manage and help grow our online and retail store this Spring Summer season while our current manager goes on maternity leave. There may be an opportunity to further your career within the business.

🌺About Krystal Waters🌺 We are a women's beach, surf and ocean inspired online and in-store retail business focusing on high LSM consumers who enjoy luxurious brands and the ocean lifestyle. We do have a large range of mens products too. Our shop specialises in swimwear, footwear, fashion, beach and surf lifestyle gear. We are currently situated in the Sun Valley Mall.

Please note the minimum requirements for a successful application:
Management / Assistant Management Experience: Minimum 3 years
Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3 years
Fashion Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years
Drivers License & Own Reliable Car
Professional English Language
Communication Skills: Excellent. In Person, via Phone, Instant Chat & Email.
Computer Literacy: Excellent especially in Excel & Gmail & navigating computer programs. Shopify experience is a bonus. (Tests will be set for all applicants)
Must be Reliable, Trustworthy, have a Growth Mindset & have a Curious Approach
Must be able to pay attention to detail in a high pressure environment, be able to multi task & delegate tasks to casual staff to ensure the store functions optimally.
Must be presentable, professional & have a bubbly confident personality.
Being a surfer or an avid "Salty Sister" is a huge bonus!!
Must be willing to undergo a background check & have at least 3 recent and reliable contactable references.
Looking to start 1 month of training in September. 2 months Probationary. Contract ends at the end of February 2025.
Salary Range R8k - R15k a month (Experience & Performance Dependent)
