✨ WE’RE HIRING – RETAIL SALES ASSISTANTS ✨
📍 Krystal Waters – Sun Valley Mall, Sunnydale
We are looking for 2 confident, high-energy Retail Sales & Admin Assistants to join our boutique team.
This is a hands-on, sales-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
🌸 ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be working in a luxury retail store specialising in footwear, apparel, and swimwear.
This role requires someone who:

✔️ Is very comfortable working on a laptop and navigating new systems
🌸 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a premium in-store experience
• Actively engage customers and drive sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain an immaculate store presentation at all times
• Assist with stock counts, reporting, and basic admin
• Create and upload products on Shopify
• Assist with purchase order creation and receiving stock
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock with high accuracy
• Follow store procedures, security and accountability protocols
• Remain productive at all times, even during quieter periods
• Take instruction well and execute tasks accurately
🌸 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• 1–2 years retail sales experience (with contactable references)
• Completed Matric (Grade 12)
• Confident working on a laptop
• Strong sales ability and confidence with customers
• Must be available weekends & peak season (Dec–Jan)
• High level of reliability, punctuality and accountability
• Strong attention to detail, especially with stock handling
• Must live near Sun Valley Mall or have reliable transport
