MEET COACH SIYA 👋 AKA GROOTMAN

We’re excited to welcome Siya to the F45 Woodstock coaching team! 🔥

Siya is a Strength & Conditioning coach and competitive South African powerlifter, with around five years of experience competing in the sport.

His passion for strength training and performance is what led him to pursue his studies in the field, and it’s safe to say the gym has become a pretty big part of his life. Whether he’s studying, working, coaching or training, you’ll probably find him somewhere around the gym. 😂💪

🔥 F45 PEAK500 IS BACK! 🔥

We’re officially in Peak Phase, building towards PEAK500 on 12 September! 💪

And this time, there’s even more reason to get involved. 👀

There are now TWO categories to choose from:

⚡ OPEN - A lighter weight selection at Stations 2 & 4, making PEAK500 more accessible to everyone.

🔥 CLASSIC - The original PEAK500 weight selection for those ready to take on the full challenge.

Choose your category, keep building through Peak Phase, and get ready to put yourself to the test on 12 September.

500 reps. One challenge. Let’s see what you’ve got. 🔥

We’re kicking off HYROX Cape Town weekend with an F45 Shakeout Sunrise Run at Signal Hill. 🔥

Join us on Thursday, 13 August at 7:00 AM for an easy-paced community run alongside the F45 community, global F45 athletes, and special guests.

Every runner will receive an exclusive F45 buff before we head out. Expect incredible sunrise views, great company, Red Bull refreshments, and coffee and snacks waiting for you after the run.

Don’t forget to bring:
• A head torch
• A water bottle
• Running shoes
