LITHE Movement Lithe Movement is a studio to encourage mobility in all of us. A place to cultivate one's self worth! LITHE : Adj : Moving and bending with ease.

Graceful; agile; supple; fit. Lithe Movement is made up of two studios. One in Durbanville Hills for Matwork classes and a studio in Welgemoed for Private and semi-private sessions.Lithe is a studio to encourage mobility in everyone. A place to cultivate one's self worth and look after what is most important to us, our health. The studio is open to all ages and a wide variety of forms of movement

will make the classes diverse and interesting.Come for an all-round experience, nurturing both the body and mind, in a warm, relaxed environment. Available:
Pilates Mat classes Group ,Semi Private ,Private
Pilates Equipment classes, Reformer ,Wunda Chair and mixed equipment. Barre Classes
Dance and movement

Movement has been part of my life since a child. I grew up with all forms of dance, swimming, diving and gymnastics .I came to Cape Town and went on to dance professionally as a Ballet dancer with CAPAB. Later owning a gym called Perfectly Pregnant for many years .I really enjoyed seeing the impact of exercise on both the antenatal and postnatal mum. It seemed a natural progression for me to move into Pilates which I love .My Pilates training has been through Louise Knoop of Prime Movement and my Mentor, Robyn Spacey of The Movement Sanctuary. I really look forward to moving with you !
