Atlantic Nacional is a football club that is based at the Portuguese Association in Rugby, Milnerton and serves the surrounding communities of Ysterplaat, Brooklyn, Milnerton, Tygerhof, Sanddrift, Phoenix and Joe Slovo. There is 2senior teams. The club is affiliated to the Cape Town Local Football Association, a member of the South African Football Association.The club facilities include 2 playing

fields with floodlights, change room and shower facilities.The club has strong ties with the community, including the many surrounding schools.
