With the nationwide lockdown now at level 4, more and more businesses are slowly reopening their doors. Swimming schools are calling on the government to allow them to go back to business within this level as well, instead of level 1 as currently mandated.

Established swim school in Durbanville is looking for a qualified Learn to Swim Instructor to take over a full client base.
Hours of teaching will be negotiated according to the needs and availability of the applicant, as well as the needs of the swim school.
Salary will depend on experience and will be discussed individually with each applicant.
The applicant must have :
1. Swim South Africa Learn to Swim Certificate and be registered with Swim South Africa.
2. Own transport
3. The ability to work independently
4. A passion for working with children from the ages of 2 and a half and older
5. A good knowledge of basic water safety skills and the teaching of all four strokes
6. The ability to work as part of a team and assist with mini-squads

Trevor’s swim school established in 2016, first came into operation in Pinelands Cape Town South Africa in January 2017. The swim school, which has a Christian based ethos, is owned and operated by Trevor Ferrier. At Trevor’s swim school we strive to create a platform where future champions are nurtured and groomed to meet their full potential both in and out of the swimming pool.

Applications are open for Learn To Swim; Tod Swim and Level 1 Coaches to work at our various satellite sites across Cape Town.

Candidates who have the following attributes will be considered:

1. The successful candidate should have a high level of enthusiasm and skill to work with kids,
2. The successful candidate should be a certified learn to swim instructor or Tod Swim instructor,
3. A driver's licence is an added advantage
