1️⃣ 5 km time trial (so as fast as you can)
2️⃣ 20 squats + 20 deadlifts + 20 full sit-ups x 3
3️⃣ 10 lat forward raise + 10 lat side raise + 10 single dead lifts per leg + 20 hip thrusts x 3
4️⃣ donkey kicks, straight leg kicks and oblique crunches - 20 each x 3
5️⃣ 20 adductors + 20 crunches x 5
6️⃣ 20 abductors + 20 leg lifts x 5
