We play on the full range of large and small equipment, including OOV training. At Pilates with Astrid Haupt we are passionate about all things Pilates. We want to give you the ultimate Pilates experience and equip you with the tools you need to keep your body strong and mobile, now and for years to come. Join us for a class, join us for a private, or join us online. We have options to suit your i

ndividual needs and budget. Pilates equipment gives you extra feedback and challenges your body. Our brick and mortar studio in Kenilworth, Cape Town, is fully equipped with Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair for private Pilates sessions. We play with a full range of small equipment in group classes. Online sessions require only a mat, a towel and hand weights. Most of all remember, Pilates is for EVERYONE. As Joseph Pilates said, "You are only as young as your spine is flexible".
