Good morning my fit ladies. This group was open for mostly people that stay in and around Cape Town to join my Fitzcamps on holidays.

I understand most of the people here are not from Cape Town which is Ohk...

I will be posting details on how I will go about helping most of you ladies that DM me “Help need to lose weight”
