WORLD AQUATICS JUNIOR OPEN WATER CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026

What an incredible experience for Caitlin Evans, representing South Africa on the world stage at the Junior World Championships in Santa Fe, Argentina!

7.5KM OPEN WATER
Caitlin took on the world’s best young open water swimmers and finished an incredible 20th place 🏆

4 x 1500M MIXED RELAY
Caitlin was selected to swim 3rd for Team South Africa and delivered a fantastic swim under pressure! Team South Africa finished in 9th place 🏆

Michael Bright also breaking the boys 13 years 100m Individual Medley (placing 2nd).

Gerard February boys 17 years 200m Breaststroke.

WCA SC Championships Day 4:

Congratulations to our swimmers on a very successful last day of WC SC Champs!

Our swimmers achieved a total of 110 personal best times, 9 Gold, 9 Silver and 5 Bronze medals.

Our swimmers had a fantastic day in the water with a total of 153 personal best times, 11 Gold, 12 Silver and 8 Bronze medals.
