What a successful end to the mixed league season today with our club packed with happy players, supporters, family & friends.
Our premier league team consistency over 7 weeks led us to convincingly retaining our Cape Town Tennis PL Mixed League Title.
We have thus again won all 3 PL titles (Mens Singles, Ladies Singles & Mixed) in one season (2025/2026) which is an incredible achievement for our little club!
Our B team ended the season unbeaten and gain promotion to 1st League.
Our C team (3rd League) also had a great and fun season 🌟😎

We had another spectacular mixed league day (matches were played in the morning and afternoon to beat the rain) at Camps Bay tennis Club today

This weekend it was the turn of our B team to take centre stage on another beautiful sunny and wind free day at Camps Bay Tennis Club.
So heartwarming to have brothers William (15) and Daniel (13) von Heynitz pairing up and winning both matches on B team debut with longtime Bay star, Bernie (dad and team coach) watching on proudly.
Our youthful Premier League team continued it’s winning streak.

Our C team took centre stage today on another stunning sunny and wind free day at The Bay, while the rest of our teams all played away games. Great tennis and good times on and off court made for the perfect Saturday ☀️

We had a spectacular start to the mixed league season on Saturday at The Bay with perfect weather and a happy vibe.
So heartwarming to see many parent/child & spouses playing in our teams and to witness the firm friendships between our members (most of these friendships formed at The Bay over many years) which is what our special little club and league tennis is all about!

Last night’s glittering CTT Awards Dinner Dance was great fun with The Bay shining on all fronts (including on the dance floor!). 💃🕺
In addition to winning all 3 Premier League titles (the calendar slam) plus other league achievements, an incredibly proud moment was when we were presented with a certificate after being informed much to our surprise that CBTC (representing CTT and the sport of tennis) had been recognized by the CT Sport Council as one of the clubs of the year across all sporting codes!
An amazing achievement for our little club!
