Here are our latest Group Exercise and Studio Timetables.

CREWFIT: A full body group exercise class, focused on strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Relatively high intensity.
3SIXTY: A full body session, focussed on form, function and flexibility. Lower intensity than CrewFit, however still a good workout!
SPINNING: An eight-bike spinning class, for a fun, cardio workout. Booking essential.
The above classes are FREE OF CHARGE to all residents.

PILATES, DANCEMIX, BALLET AND KARATE: Private services offered in the Studio. These are open to all residents, however come at an additional fee.
