Introducing our first PEAK PERFORMANCE FITNESS ATHLETE...

Linda Detering, 19
Linda is a young, FULL of energy, athlete across multiple disciplines. Triathlon, trail running, road running and all things Lifesaving. Although fairly new to the competitive world, Linda has already stepped up and been a dominant force in all the events she has competed in.

2017 was a great year for Linda, here are some of her achievements...

Fresh-pack triathlon, 1st female overall
2 Oceans Trail 12k, 1st female overall
Torpedo run/swim, 1st female team
Represented S.A. at World Biathle Champs
Just to name a few in a few long list.

Linda only started triathlon mid 2017 and already has her eye on Ironman 70.3 later this month.

Peak Performance Fitness does Linda's conditioning and recovery. We plan to help this exciting talent achieve her dreams of competing at an elite level.
