The Coaching Studio is situated in Canal Walk Shopping Centre. To get to the Studio, one can either use the elevator next to the CTFM/Spur/McDonalds. Our goal is simple; promote and create a healthy active lifestyle for anyone looking to improve themselves. Our health coaches are dedicated to helping as many people as they can. There will always be someone at the studio to help anyone in need of h

elp regarding their health/wellness. FREE wellness assessments can be done with any wellness coach on duty or via appointment. Services: We will be running Body Transformation Challenges, Fit Clubs, Dance competitions, Yoga classes, Smoothies and more! We also encourage anyone keen on becoming a wellness/health coach to speak with their coach and start their journey towards helping people around them.
