Train with Tia Fall in love with exercise again! Based in Plumstead, I offer individual or group based personal training sessions for women, from my own home.

The home environment creates an intimate space for women to workout, feel safe and to build strong relationships with others on the same path as them. Exercises are focused on bodyweight, with and without equipment. Ladies, it’s time to leave festive excess behind and become a stronger, more confident you in 2025! My classes are fresh, fun, and dynamic, incorporating exercises, dumbbells, and other equipment to help you achieve the results you want.

📍 Where: Southfield Library Hall, Cassino Road, Plumstead (opposite Shoprite, free parking available until 8 PM)
📅 When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
🎉 Starts: January 9th
💸 Cost: Only R499 per month

Hey families! Are your little ones bursting with energy and ready to have some fun? Introducing Metacub - the awesome new workout designed just for kids aged 4 to 10! 🏃‍♂️🎉
