Hi all,
This winter that is slowly approaching us and is nearly here.
Just a few pointers if you are considering joining our jolly group aka Run Walk for Life Sea Point.
We have a different route for every session.
Distances various between 5 - 8km per session
None of our members is allowed to walk on their own during session days only in groups of two or more.
Wear reflective clothing or a bright t shirt or jacket
If possible, a headlamp will be welcomed.
All new members must do a fitness assessment before being allowed to participate in our Scientifically based program.
Ask any of our members.
