Super excited to announce that we will be hosting and for a olympic Lifting Camp in January 2017 - In partnership with
Jared is one of the top weightlifters in the US and was the US National Champion in the 94kg class in 2013 and 2015. He was also a 3 x world team member for the US. If enough people sign up his dad, Dave Fleming will also attend. Dave is a USAW level 4 International Coach and has coached on multiple World Teams. This year he was the Team Leader for Team USA at worlds.

Congratulations to every lifter that took part at Western Province Champs today, job well done! We had three members compete today and came away with 2 Silver Medals and Gold as a club.

We are beyond proud and are very excited to see these lifters compete at SA Champs on 8 October.
