This 8-week programme gave me the ability to switch up my lifestyle and become more active in a way that wasn't invasive or restrictive. I could control the times I workout and take it in stride and I appreciated that. Mobile personal training service in the comfort of your own home is back (only if you and your family feel comfortable)

1 on 1 or group Virtual training via zoom or whatsapp video call

Zoom bootcamps twice a week

Online training. You get access to three workouts a week drawn up for your specific goal as well daily accountability, if you are hitting your steps, eating the right foods as well as daily motivation. You can also contact me whenever you need to.

8 week transformation. This is designed for those looking for big change in a shorter period of time. Remember change or transformation doesn't necessarily mean weight-loss. The program is tailored to your goals specifically. Whether it's getting your 10km or 5km PB down, gaining muscle mass, losing cm, or just overall fitness. We'll work it out for you.

Half the year is gone already don't write this year off just yet. I'm sure out of all these options there's something that fits your needs.
