Show up for yourself. If you did and currently are, you should be so proud of yourself. Keep pushing even on the bad days. If you haven’t yet, it’s never too late to start. Don’t think about yesterday. Your time is now in that moment. Move your body even if you start at 15mins of movement.

Remember it’s not about the destination and the thought of how long it’s going to take. It’s more about the journey, consistency and gradually building from there, one day at a time.
