It feels appropriate we zoom through our first simulation for this count down to 2026 Mossel Bay 70.3, because block 1 has absolutely zoomed by! What a block its been!

This Mossel Bay 70.3 training programme has three simulation weekends lined up, one per block and this first one was a smashing success, with 40 tribers lining up to take on, for some, their first "triathlon" and for others a strong testing ground here in block 1. Leading us into block 2 saw some hard lessons learnt, but these are the weekends that we make our mistakes.

Another cold weekend out, this time Malmesbury and Bothmaskloof pass for the bike and brick run Saturday. With Majik Forest making another appearance for our trail run Sunday.

The weather will not stop the tribe train. Another successful weekend in the bag for our Mossel Bay 70.3 training group. Ending it off in Majik Forest with some CRUCIAL hills work. Well done everyone!

It was COLD 🥶 but we perservered and saw it through. A whole lot of new faces on the road with us this past Saturday starting up the Mossel Bay weekend training.
