I provide transformational coaching through Integral and Enneagram coaching methods. Transformational coaching doesn’t just look at goals or obstacles and breaks down the steps to get there. It rather looks at underlying beliefs, blind spots or fears that prevent my clients from succeeding - or even trying, and helps them overcome these stumbling blocks.
My clients tend to look me up when their hard skills don’t deliver. By strengthening emotional awareness, empathy and mindful communication with themselves and those around them, I help create growth, development and positivity that enables them to move forward with autonomy and authority.

Soft Skills in Business

I don’t know a single business owner who wouldn’t cherish everyone involved jumping out of bed in the morning, looking forward to another fulfilling day at work. Cynics may see this as a pipe dream while some enlightened employers have incorporated this into their Vision and Mission statements.

Demanding unquestioning obedience and compliance used to be SOP some two or three decades ago and is still rather commonplace to this day. The expectation on staff to give their all to achieve KPIs in exchange for the monthly paycheque leads to noticeably diminishing returns. So, what has changed and which skills will make a positive change in a company’s fortunes?
