Noticing your partner or dates (or friends or even families) bids for connection will help you create more connection and intimacy.

Bids for connection can look like:

-asking for help/advice/support
-sharing about what’s been bothering them at work
-giving a hug or a kiss
-laughing at a joke or a story ( #
-sharing a story with you…

It’s all about paying attention to the little things and recognising that you partner wants to share and connect.

If you unconciously struggle with accepting bids for connection…become an observer….be more aware of your partner or date and listen deeper.

Possibility for connection is all around and can feel magical when you learn to tap into it.

I remember I used to flip flop between masculine and feminine energy in my love life all the time, and felt SO much anxiety when I was in my masculine energy because I didn’t quite understand what and why I was feeling that way. ⁠

As soon as I figured out the power of masculine feminine polarity in relationships - my whole love life changed.⁠
