Clients need trainers to motivate them, hold them accountable and cheer them on but there are a few clients who are these for their trainers
I coach a bunch of amazing ladies.
Strength is at the forefront but so is mental health, therapy and learning to juggle life as women.
It’s always my aspiration to be the best to my client and to give them what they need at every session.
Sometimes they need an ear
Sometimes they need advice
Sometimes they just need to drive out the frustration with weights and other days they may just need a prayer
All this while you, as a trainer, are going through your own trials and tests. Holding together, being strong and pouring out to the clients you love
But it’s not often when your clients meet you, match you and take you further.
They believe in you and as someone who’s been walking with doubt and insecurities, it’s their belief in me that not only heals me but motivates me.
Injuries takes you to a dark place. A place not everyone sees but it’s the few clients who not only hear you speak but actually listens to you, your goals and aspirations that tugs at your heart and heals an injury no surgery can fix
Being a PT is hard. It requires a lot from the trainer but the reward? You build a community who believes in you as much as you believe in them 🥹
