At UKM Self Defence, we teach a reality based Krav Maga. Our aim is to teach our /junior/kids/teen members how to protect/defend themselves against bullies (physical and verbal) and escape. We train for reality situations and focus on:

2nd Piper seminar done in Parklands 😊✅👍🏻😊. With every seminar more building blocks get built. For regular attendees they got to use their tools to date against multiple attackers whilst bringing in elements of hidden thorn and snakeroot. Pressure testing all the way.
