TFKA is a karate and fitness centre conveniently located in Table View, Cape Town.

We strive to provide nuanced training in traditional Goju-Ryu and WKF Sports Karate, as well as Functional Fitness and Barre Workouts.

- Carla winning Golf for her Individual kumite division and Silver for Team even
- Adam winning Gold in his individual kumite division.

We would like to acknowledge a major achievement of our very own Kyle Corbellari as he was crowned the Karate South African sportsman of the year at this years Karate South Africa sports awards that was held last month.

Such a great achievement for this young athlete!
