It’s a new week & fresh start! 💫
The fast paced “beginning of the year” hustle & motivation is coming to an end with our seasons changing! For me, training has ALWAYS been easier in the warmer months ☀️ Now that we are slowly having the seasons change and probably losing that beginning of the year “new year, new me” motivation, routine & discipline are coming out to play! 👀
Everyone always says “you have to be disciplined” and honestly, if it means that much to you, you will be disciplined! 💕
What helps me to stay motivated & disciplined?
🤍 Making a realistic training plan that I can follow & will help me achieve my goals. If 2/3 times a week is all your schedule allows, then USE it! Making realistic goals for your training is a vital part of what helped me grow.
🤍 Have a plan and follow it at the gym. Either get a PT in person or just purchase a plan from them. Having a plan will not only keep you accountable, but it also helps you work smarter towards your goals!
🤍 Accountability buddies ALWAYS help! Having someone to go to the gym with (even if you’re training apart) really just helps you get into the door.
🤍 Remembering that training is far more than just what instant my body to look like! There are MANY more reasons to train than just for aesthetics 🫶🏻
Training in the colder months can be tough for some, so try get into routine before those months come along 🤩🏋🏼💪🏼
