GRANOLA | Vegan • RSF

WHY WHY WHY is it so hard to find granola that isn't filled with 3+ different kinds of sugar? Syrup, honey, maple, fructose, grain sugar, etc
Yes maybe some of these are not bad for you - but WHY do we need ALL of them? My trick? Make your own.
1 hour oven . 10 mins Prep time . Mix + match ingredients to your own liking. Couldn't get better.
You will need 👇🏼
𝔹𝔸𝕊𝔼
🔅Oats
🔅Desiccated Coconut
🔅Coconut Flakes
🔅Puffed Rice
🔅Mixed Raw Nuts
𝔸𝔻𝔻 𝕀ℕ
🔅Maple (vegan) / Honey (not vegan)
🔅Coconut Oil
🔅Vanilla Essence (this batch i actually did almond essence and was 👌🏼)
🔅Cinnamon
𝕆ℙ𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 𝔼𝕏𝕋ℝ𝔸𝕊
🔅Cocoa Powder
🔅Protein Powder
🔅Powdered Coconut Milk
🔅Preheat oven to 150 degrees F.
🔅Melt the coconut oil, maple, vanilla essence & cinnamon
🔅Mix into the BASE ingredients in a big bowl. (Including any other optional extras you added)
🔅Spread out evenly on an oven tray and bake until toasted (+- 1 hour)*
🔅*Stirring around every 20 mins so doesn’t burn
🔅Et Voila
👉🏼SIDE NOTE : If you want to add anything such as dried fruit or chia seeds, it's best to add this at the end once its done in the oven. To avoid burning it.
Bear in mind this is what I use but feel free to take out any of the ingredients. Make it + . The beauty of this is YOU can choose what goes in.
