Once someone decides to lose weight,sweets,sodas,and processed foods are usually the first things to go...Wich is great and I give high praise for this.The problem comes when people replace some colories elimnated from their DIETS with too much fruit.Protein and healthy fats are ideal,but people struggle to get enough of them.So they end up snacking all the time,filling up on fruit to fight off the hunger pain.
