West Coast Athletic Club West Coast AC is a popular running club based at Big Bay Lifesaving Club, Eden on the Bay, Blouberg.

We meet every Tuesday at 6pm in summer and 5.30pm in winter for our weekly run, and host many social activities.

Youth Day is a time to reflect on the courage, resilience, and potential of South Africa's young people, while celebrating the future they continue to shape.

We meet at Perlemoen and it’s 5:00 and 5:30 start time

"Hills build strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Every step uphill makes you a stronger runner when the road levels out."

🔥 Tonight's Session ✅ Warm-up Jog – 10 to 15 minutes
✅ Dynamic Stretching
✅ Hill Repeats (6–10 repetitions)
✅ Easy Recovery Jog Down
✅ Cool Down & Stretch

💪 Focus on: • Strong arm drive
• Short, quick strides
• Good posture
• Consistent effort

Remember: Don't fear the hill—embrace the challenge. The hill doesn't get easier, you get stronger!
