MDW Stick Work (Attributes and co-ordination drills)

Join our MDW Trainer Stephen Moller for a stick work journey to develop co-ordination striking patterns and drills. A great way to safely develop fighting attributes and get fit at the same time.
We will plan on running these once- twice a month.

What will you learn on this first class:
Learn the concept of stick work drills- solo and with a partner.
Single and double stick power lines
2 Key double stick patterns -Changing sides and heights (striking patterns for left/right brain crossing the centreline)
