Boot Camp & Strength Training Outdoor boot camp is suitable for all abilities. Group fitness and strength training. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS INCLUDING CHILDREN.

Come and join my Boot camp and Strength training suitable for all ages and abilities, starting again in September in Constantia! Come and join in the fun and work off those winter calories and get that summer body! GROUP FITNESS & STRENGTH TRAINING IS OPEN FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU LOOKING TO BUILD YOUR FITNESS AND LOOKING FOR FUN, THEN HERE YOU ARE- EXERCISE WITH A PARTNER AND IN SMALL GROUPS. GET FIT

, LEAN AND READY FOR SUMMER AND 2017.

60 MINUTES: R60 PER PERSON/ SESSION. The training will involve: running - shuttles - sprints - core stability- strength exercises - plyometrics - functional exercises - stretches! Days/Times:
Monday: 5am- 6am
Tuesday: 5:30- 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm
