I was chatting to Bianca and Yolandi a couple of days ago about how Rebounding is my therapy. I can be tired, stressed or angry, but the moment my feet start leaving that mat, and a fantastic song comes on, all my worries disappear and my entire mood is transformed!

This was me tonight. Grabbed my heavy bodybar and most challenging b***y band, and I worked myself out into a better place. 💪

Do it for YOU ladies! It's YOUR me time and YOUR health, don't sacrifice it for anyone. 🌸

Of course we had to meet her and do one of her classes, so off we trekked to town this morning for a fun-filled, vibey sweat sesh with this amazing lady! So so much fun and good laughs! 😍💪🔥

Our Group Rebounding Classes commenced again this week for 2025. So lovely to see everyone back in class again! 💗

Our classes are very full at the moment, but we do have limited spots available on some evenings, and are thinking of starting a new Tuesday morning class.
