NEWS ❤️

Our new schedule is starting in a week on Monday, 19th of August, and with it we are finally introducing month to month contracts for you 🥳

For everyone who prefers to stay more flexible with their time, we are of course keeping all of our package options - please note that the rates will rise a little but your packages are still going to be valid for 2 - 3 months depending on the package. So you get lots of time to use your credit!😍

Our contract options will be giving you a more affordable option and you’ll be able to choose between four, eight and twelve classes per month! 🤩

We love to encourage you to join our classes regularly for your progress - repetition is key, right?🥰 So this is our way of doing this. I hope you love these new options as much as we do!😍

SHOULDERMOUNTS & BRASSHOOKS - MASTERCLASS

This weekend will be SOUTH POLE STUDIOS 5TH ANNIVERSARY and our Studio mum will be hosting another specialty workshop for you ❤️

has been a pole dancer since shortly after the first pole studio in her home country germany opened, started teaching in 2014 and opened South Pole’s first edition in 2019, starting as a professional around that time.
Her background in pro classical and contemporary dance might be the reason for her strong technical understanding and obsession for correct and clean techniques - and you can benefit from it and learn from her 🥳

THIS MASTERCLASS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS INTERMEDIATE & UP 😍

THIS SATURDAY 6TH OF JULY AT 11:50AM (70 MIN) -
R220 pp

In this Masterclass, we will be focusing on your shouldermounts and brass hooks / brassmonkey - should you still be working on your shouldermounts, are maybe attempting your aerial shouldermount or aren’t feeling secure in your brass hooks. You will be learning different ways in and out of these moves, correct techniques and conditioning exercises so you’ll eventually move through them with ease!

For our more experienced polers, we have a special 90 minute class happening this Friday - our OG mama will be teaching this one so make sure to free up your schedule 😉

All students who are feeling comfortable in their regular pre-advanced pole class are welcome, as well as students and instructors who train on their own at a pre-advanced / advanced level. 💪

THIS FRIDAY - 6PM - 7:30PM ❤️

This is a once-off class so make sure not to miss it 🫶🏽 regressions will be offered. It is a 90 minute intensive session and not part of our packages!
