Congratulations to our 17 year old Juniors, Camaron Wilcox winning the WP Road League Overall and Zain Solomons finishing in second place in the Under 19 category. Great to see the fight in them, a Never Give Up attitude, racing in Cat1against the top Elite riders in the Western Cape.

Day 5 brought the heat with Keirin action ๐Ÿ”ฅ and Shameeg Salie stepping up against some of the best sprinters in the country. It was always going to be a tough race, and it didnโ€™t disappoint. The pace was fast, the competition fierce, and every position was hard-earned.

Shameeg rode a smart and determined race, staying in the mix as the intensity built lap after lap. When it mattered most, he gave it everything in the final sprintโ€”going head-to-head with top talent and refusing to back down.

After an all-out effort, he crossed the line in an impressive 3rd place, with Olympian Sprinter Jean Spies winning it and Michael Jervis 2nd. A fantastic result against such strong competition and a performance to be proud of ๐Ÿ’ช
