Target36 Sunday @ Steenberg (Part 1)
18 of our developing juniors took on the Target 36 Challenge at Steenberg recently, and what a great afternoon it was. The format gave the kids a structured, fun way to test the skills they've been building in weekly clinics, putting them into a real on-course setting where every shot counted toward their score.
A special shoutout goes to Harry Welsh, who graduated from 50m at this event with a brilliant score of 35. At just 8 years old and in Grade 3, Harry has now passed both his 25m (back in March) and 50m distances first time round. A fantastic effort, Harry. Keep it up!
We also want to give a special mention to Leo Maree, who shot an impressive 30 in his very first event at 25m, making it the lowest score so far! A brilliant start to your competitive journey, Leo. Watch this space! ⛳
