Our amazing Coach Roxy needs our help 🫶🏻

Behind the strength, energy and support she gives our Deep South CrossFit community every day, Roxy is quietly battling severe endometriosis.

This is not just period pain. It is a serious, chronic inflammatory disease that can cause debilitating pain, inflammation and complications that affect everyday life.

Right now, Roxy needs specialist consultations, scans, MRIs and diagnostic tests to take the next step towards proper treatment and relief. Unfortunately, many of these upfront costs are not covered by her current medical aid.

If you have ever trained with Coach Rox, been encouraged by her, or felt the impact she has on this community, you know how much she gives to others.

Meet Coach Mitch.

Three years ago he walked into a CrossFit class just to support his wife.

Now he’s one of our coaches. He is the guy who loves heavy lifts, loud community energy, and secretly dreams of coaching a full class to a metal screamer playlist.

And while the playlist isn’t quite the metal takeover he hopes for, he’ll still bring the kind of energy that makes every session feel doable and genuinely fun.

With Mitch, you don’t just train. You grow.

He lives for that moment when people surprise themselves and think, “Actually… I’ve got this.”

Outside the box?

He’s running the household, cheering his kids on, supporting his beautiful wife Jen (COUPLE GOALS), or cooking up something epic in the kitchen.
