Caryn and Lauren two of our "girls" we are so extremely proud of. BUSY is a great word to describe their lives and yet they knuckle down and give their best to our training programmes. Today they ran the SA Half Marathon Championships, ran personal best times after 15 months of "lockdown" and followed our race plans to the T. So motivating to work with them.

The man is and was pure legend

A couple of years ago we did and in depth interview for the Daily Dispatch, at the home of Trevor and Nora Gee. It was a genuine cup of tea style chat. Casual, relaxed and filled with warmth. It was also inspiring as one can imagine with a man and his wife who have lived through so much and achieved throughout.
Today Trevor died at age 97, just 2 months off 98.
The running community, the family and sport in the country have lost a doyen, but his legacy is secured.
