Coaches!!

Believe in what you know and trust.

Never change your philosophy or a kind of football you want your team to play because of criticism. Criticism are permanent they will alwys b there wether you do good or bad. The only thing you can do, is to learn from mistakes and try to improve. Not evryone will like you as a coach or believe in you as a coach. Stick to your decisions. Rather lose your job based on what you think is right not what other people think!!

Message to coaches!!

Allow this players to grow or to explore. Help them to grow by opening opportunities for them...we lost so many talents in our location bcoz thr wr nt enough opportunities presented...we as 16 mambas fc we happy with what brits united did with tebatso, bongz, dennis, fish, sefudi..etc.

The guys got the chnce to represent oukasie n brits.. If thrs more players in other teams in Oukasie or brits as whole please, try to help this boys to get to those doors tht they cnt reach on their own...dnt trap them in one place n nvr feel lyk they owe you bcoz u developed them...in school teachers teach bt they dnt own us.. They only prepare us for the world.

Help a child reach his dream!!!
