Farewell, Natasha ❤️
Today we say a very special farewell to our beautiful Natasha, who is moving out of town. 🥹❤️
Natasha has been part of our Pilates family for such a long time, and her presence, laughter and dedication will truly be missed. You’ve been part of so many classes, memories, laughs and “I can definitely feel that tomorrow!” moments with us. 😂💪🏼
Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our Fusion Flow family. We’re so grateful for all the time we’ve shared and wish you nothing but happiness and beautiful new adventures in this next chapter. 🌸✨

What an amazing, strong, beautiful, funny and slightly unhinged bunch of women you are! 😂

We’re all so different, different personalities, different lives and different stories, yet somehow we’ve created this beautiful little Pilates tribe where we sweat together, laugh together, encourage each other and complain about the burn together! 😂

I honestly feel so lucky to have each and every one of you in my life.
You’re raising families, working, building businesses, chasing dreams, facing challenges and dealing with whatever life throws at you… and you still show up on that mat and give it your all. 💪🏼

And I see you.

I see the strong woman, the tired woman, the woman who nearly cancelled but came anyway, and the woman pretending she’s not shaking! 👀😂

I appreciate you, I admire you and I’m so proud of you. ❤️

With Charine's 17th birthday just around the corner, I want to say a huge thank you to my amazing girl. 💙
She quietly sets up before every Fusion Flow Pilates class and helps pack everything away afterwards, never asking for recognition. I appreciate you more than you know.
