🌊 Adult swimming is never too late at Tadpoles! Well done Teacher Melissa 🌊

One of our amazing adult swimmers, Connie, recently went shark cage diving and snorkelling! 🦈🐠 What an incredible achievement and a true reminder that learning to swim can open doors to unforgettable experiences.

This is what she had to say:

Movements in water require timing, control, and focus. These patterns activate areas of the brain linked to language, memory, and learning.

Studies have found that children who swim early often show advanced readiness when they enter school, including stronger early reading and number skills.

It is not just about safety. It is a form of early stimulation that supports how the brain processes and learns.

Sometimes the advantage does not come from more study. It comes from how the brain is developed before learning even begins.
