The Getaway Off-Road Trailer Rallies were created rallies for all owners of off-road trailers, off-road caravans and roof top tents to get together as a group and enjoy fun filled family activities. It was such a success that we decided to offer the name rights to The Getaway and we are now proud to announce that Getaway has invested in our idea! Bergh and Jimmy's Steakhouse Sauces have also come on board as Senior Sponsors. Other rally venues are : ATKV Klein Kariba in Limpopo, Gariep, A Forever Resort in the Free State, Plettenberg, A Forever Resort in the Eastern Cape, Sun Karros Daan Viljoen in Namibia and Kambati River Resort in the Western Cape. We are currently also planning a similar event in Kwazulu Natal. We only allow off-road trailers, roof top tents and 4 x 4 caravans!! There are great prizes to be won for the following : The Manufacturer that was the best represented that week end, The best ‘home built’ off road trailer, The best gadget, The best general site and many more. Activities during the week end are also related to this market and consists of Off Road driving techniques, 4 x 4 Routes, Adventure 4 x 4 Companies offering talks, exhibitors related to this market etc.
