As the world gathers to celebrate Polish Arabian Horse Days 2024 beginning today, we salute, one final time, the international breeders and owners whose purposeful involvement with the Polish Arabian horse continues to redefine the standard all around the world.

The Polish National Arabian Horse Show, which commences this afternoon, will be preceded by the August Championships for Arabian Sport Horses, showcasing the best of the Polish Arabian horse under saddle. For centuries, the Polish Arabian horse has excelled as a supreme athlete, elevating possibility and achievement for the breed worldwide. One of the greatest standard bearers for the inherent athletic aptitude of the Arabian horse of Poland in the new millennium has been GEORGETOWN, the Michałów-bred phenom proudly owned and adored by Wynand van der Westhuizen of Azrek Arabians. In his adopted home of South Africa, GEORGETOWN has become the most decorated show horse of ALL time, having triumphed as South African National Champion both in-hand and under saddle literally dozens of times across the widest range of disciplines possible. GEORGETOWN continues to serve as ambassador extraordinaire not only for the Polish Arabian horse, but also for the Arabian breed within the greater equine community, exemplifying the best of the ancient noble breed – supreme beauty and fundamental utility - in one complete package.

We invite you all to celebrate the incredible versatility and capability of the Polish Arabian horse, like that of the incomparable GEORGETOWN, at Polish Arabian Horse Days 2024, from Friday the 9th through Tuesday the 13th of August.
